Are you a teen who is current feeling overwhelmed, anxious & stressed out with school, friends or family situations? Or, do you have a teen that is just not feeling great about themselves and lost their SHINE?

Join our new 8-week online EFT Tapping support group container designed specifically for teens in Years 10, 11 & 12 to reduce stress and anxiety, enhance emotional regulation, and overcome self-sabotaging patterns and limiting beliefs.

As a clinical social worker, psychotherapist and Certified EFT Practitioner with 20 years experience and teens of her own, Catherine is deeply committed to the mental well-being of our youth. In this well-being container, we create a safe and supportive environment where teens can rewire and reset their neural pathways, calm their brains, and cultivate resilience. With a combination of expert knowledge, peer support and  and evidence based self-help tools, we empower teens to thrive and SHINE again mentally and emotionally.

This program runs each term for 8-weeks with interactive peer chat support, and individual practitioner chat support in between the fortnightly live sessions on Wednesday nights from 7-8:30PM. Places are strictly limited for continuity of care and maximum support and engagement. Next container begins Wednesday 8th May, 2024. Payment plan available.
